1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

2.2 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.

2.3 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • Delivery times: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Tracking may be limited in some countries

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using:

  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Your account dashboard on our website
  • The carrier's website directly

Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

4.2 Delivery Confirmation

Most packages require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign, please consider:

  • Shipping to an alternate address where someone will be available
  • Authorizing the carrier to leave the package without a signature (contact the carrier directly)
  • Arranging to pick up the package at a carrier facility

4.3 Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically:

  • Leave a delivery notice with instructions
  • Attempt delivery again (policies vary by carrier)
  • Hold the package at a local facility for pickup

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (for certain oversized items)
  • APO/FPO addresses (contact us for available options)
  • Countries under trade restrictions or embargoes

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

6.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take photos of the damage (both packaging and contents)

  4. Provide your order number and photos

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

6.2 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, garages)
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  4. Contact the carrier to file a claim

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order:

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive it.

For international shipments:

  • These charges are determined by your country's customs agency
  • We cannot predict the amount of these charges
  • Failure to pay customs charges may result in package return or disposal
  • Pifera Concepts is not responsible for packages held or returned by customs

  • Extended processing times (up to 5-7 business days)
  • Longer delivery times due to carrier volume
  • Potential shipping delays beyond our control
